The most powerful tech systems aren’t built by lone geniuses, they’re the result of teams that connect, solve problems together, and adapt with purpose. 

Early in my career, I built experimental operations for our lab at NASA from the ground up. We were tasked with modernizing national airspace systems and redesigning flight deck displays (now implemented on Boeing). By developing systems to test, learn, and adapt in real time, we helped save billions in aviation efficiency, and paved the foundation for future air traffic management concepts (UAVs). Good experimentation can drive results for efficiency and breakthrough innovation.

Later, at Workday, I led global research for a brand-new suite of People Experience products, shaping strategy, guiding 0–1 product innovation, and helping increase revenue by 20%+. At ServiceNow, I proposed and delivered a research-backed UX strategy that drove measurable productivity gains and secured executive buy-in for long-term experience investments.

Across every role, I’ve focused on uncovering the deeper needs, values, and challenges our customers face, then translating those insights into products and systems that drive meaningful outcomes. That’s where real value lives.

What I’ve learned across all these chapters is that innovation doesn’t happen without intention. Culture, process, and leadership matter, especially in the early stages of product development.

I use my background in experimental psychology, combined with cognitive science, neuroscience, and organizational leadership, to help digital teams create the conditions where innovation can take root and scale.
